Oils for your Gym Bag

So, I must confess that I love going to the gym.  There is nothing that makes me feel as good. I also love my essential oils, so when I started combining the two, what was good became great!   So, I have now made over my gym bag thanks to my young living essential oils!!

 Want to create your own "gym bag makeover"?  Here is how!

  • Ningxia Nitro - Haven't tried it yet? Well, it is a part of this months promotion and it is a MUST in my opinion. Think energy drink but all natural and completely safe. Drink one package about an hour before the gym and find yourself with an amazing burst of energy to make it through that dreaded workout. Includes a blend of Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Vanilla, Chocolate, Yerba Mate, Spearmint and Peppermint oils, as well as b-vitamins, green tea and ginseng to sharpen the mind and the senses.
     

  • En-R-Gee - Place a drop of En-R-Gee on the inside of each ankle before your workout to enhance energy and keep you going throughout the entire session. Blend of Rosemary, Juniper, Lemongrass, Nutmeg, Idaho Balsam Fir, Clove and Black Pepper. 
     

  • Citrus Fresh - Put a drop of Citrus Fresh into your water bottle (make sure it is glass!) to enhance energy throughout the day and before a workout. Blend of Orange, Tangerine, Grapefruit, Lemon, Mandarin and Spearmint.
     

  • Purification - Anyone else have stinky shoes after a workout? Put some purification on a cotton ball and place into your shoes. Or, put directly into your gym bag! Also can be used in your at home gym room in the diffuser! Blend of Citronella, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Melaleuca Alternifolia, Lavandin, and Myrtle.

  • Deep Relief - Sore or tired muscles? Deep Relief to the rescue. Roll it on wherever you feel achy/sore muscles or pain. Highly portable with no-mess application!  Blend of Peppermint, Coconut oil, Lemon, Idaho  Balsam Fir, Clove, Copaiba, Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Vetiver, and Palo Santo. 
     

  • Lemongrass - Mix with a carrier oil to rub onto any location with swelling or pain. Or, make a pain cream with Lemongrass, Panaway, Peppermint, and Copaiba. Lemongrass can also be mixed with Melaleuca Alternifolia as an all natural gym equipment sanitizer! Plus, it smells wonderful! 
     

  • Ortho Sport Massage Oil - massage onto tired or sore muscles after an intense workout session. 
     

  • Pure Protein Powder - Mix this whey based protein powder with almond milk, fresh berries, or even kale for a great post-workout shake. 
     

  • Power meal- A complete vegetarian protein complex that contains wolfberries and rice protein, delivering 20 grams of protein per serving.
     

  • Pan-Away - Reducing pain and inflammation, and increasing circulation to accelerate healing, this combination of wintergreen, helichrysum, clove and peppermint helps for the after workout aches and pains. Make sure to dilute.
     

  • Valor - Considered a "chiropractor in a bottle" what better way to end a workout than with a Valor massage to center and align your body and thoughts. Make sure to dilute.
     

  • Stress Away - meditate after the gym while inhaling stress away for a calming and relaxing post workout buzz. My be applied neat or diluted. Also used well in a diffuser.
